Summer Running
Hi Everyone! It's great to see everyone at the team runs! For training, I've been running 6 days a week and doing interval training once a week for 20-30 minutes on a treadmill. I've also done some hill work and my long runs are usually 7-8 miles. I've been strength training and stretching at the gym to keep myself strong on off days and less prone to injury. Can't wait for this season to start! -Emily Mancini
