More Training

Hi Team! Now I'm running more of 3 days on, 1 day off, although it tends to vary a little bit. Now I'm doing runs as long as 45 minutes, but continue to do some shorter runs at 30-35 minutes. Also, I've started doing some "pick up" runs once or twice a week.

Also, apparently medical update forms are due tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone knew the office hours for the health office or ny ave, considering both my parents work, and therefore we need to be able to drop it off before or after they are working??
